SINK: Update - Last Call to Fix Those Errored Pledges!

Friends, hope you're Friday is off to an awesome start. Just a few quick items in today's update.
1: Last Day to Fix Errored Pledges on Kickstarter!
Good news! We're up to 96% of pledges successfully processed via Kickstarter. This means were a lot closer to collecting the full amount of funds raised for this project. But that still leaves 15 backers whose pledges have errored. This is a simple fix, and usually means your credit card info with Kickstarter is not up to date.
To update your payment information, simply log into Kickstarter and update your account. (Kickstarter will also send you an email to fix this.)
NOTE: If you're having trouble getting this fixed, it's usually best to try to do it from the desktop vs the phone app, which can be a little buggy.
Please resolve your pledges TODAY, so we can get you your rewards without delay. Note, after today, you will not be able to correct your pledge on Kickstarter.
2: Print Files Approved at the Printer!
While we're waiting for the Kickstarter funds to clear, we're excited to report that our Printer has already sent digital proofs which we've approved for the new book.

We're expecting a Physical proof to arrive soon, so we can review it and make sure it's absolutely perfect before pulling the trigger on the bigger main production run. We think you're going to be thrilled with the final product...
3. Digital Rewards Will Be Available As Soon After You Fill Out Your Backerkit Surveys!
We also just put the finishing touches on the Digital Version of SINK: City of Killers, with the only thing we still need to add being the Backer Thank You page. The good news is, if you're a digital backer, those will be ready to go out shortly after you fill out your Backerkit survey. Backerkit surveys go out to 5% of backers a week from Monday, and the rest on Tuesday, April 1. (No fooling!) We'll ask that you complete your surveys quickly so that we can add your name to the backer thank you, and send the digital version out to everyone quickly.
Otherwise, everything else is progressing along smoothly. Thanks once again for taking the ride with us!

Hello, SINK backers! Hope you had a great weekend. If you missed it, we had a solid final day for the CITY OF KILLERS campaign, and sneaked past $31K, ending with a solid 375 backers.
We had 292 RETURNING backers on this launch and we also brought in 82 NEW BACKERS, who were willing to take a step into the world of SINK for the first time. We're happy to welcome you all into the ComixTribe fold and think you'll love what you find here!
NEXT STEPS FOR SINK: CITY OF KILLERS...
This week, we'll be setting up the Backerkit Pledge manager and getting that prepped for the survey and collection of your materials. Meanwhile, the creative team will be continuing to work on finishing the book.
We're currently in the 2 week funding freeze period, where Kickstarter is processing pledges on our behalf.
93.6% of pledges have already been successfully processed via Kickstarter. That leaves 24 backers whose pledges have errored. This is a simple fix, and usually means your credit card info with Kickstarter is not up to date.

Next Step: Surveys
If you're new to Kickstarter, you may be wondering how we'll know where to send your rewards, or if you ordered a T-Shirt how we'll get the details on your order. Alternatively, you may have wanted to add-on a new cover to your pledge but couldn't figure it out on Kickstarter (it's a little wonky.)
Not to worry...
After Kickstarter finishes doing its thing and collects pledges from all backers, we'll send you a short SHIPPING SURVEY powered by BACKERKIT to fill out which will let you tell us where to send your physical and digital rewards.
Also, while shipping for US backers was included on Kickstarter, we will be using Backerkit to tally up all of our international orders total shipping weights so we can charge you only what it will actually cost us to ship your package to you. We'll be collecting those shipping fees through Backerkit, via Paypal or CC.
Prompt survey fulfillment = faster fulfillment, so we do hope you'll get yours in ASAP after we send it.
Once we get the surveys out, we'll follow up with a time-table on expected rewards delivery.
